We’re here for growing families ; supporting you through the physical growth of pregnancy and babyhood, and the generational growth that happens when knowledge, confidence, and nourishment are passed down with love.

I’m Kalyca, the face behind Crisa Wellness.

I’ve always been a big fan of nutrition and all things wellness - so much so I started nutrition studies at 16! Once I finished school I went on to get my Bachelors in Medical Science (BMedSc) and then qualified a holistic nutrition consultant (CNC) (specialising in pregnancy, postpartum and baby nutrition) and now support mothers across the world from bump to baby.
