I’m Kalyca, the face behind Crisa Wellness. My story started as a full-time nanny while studying Medical Science, with dreams of becoming a paediatrician. But somewhere between sterilising bottles, folding tiny onesies, and helping bubs explore their first foods, I realised something truly life changing - so many of the health hurdles families face start long before the doctor’s office, they start at the dinner table.

So I swapped hospital rounds for highchairs and dove deep into the world of nutrition, specialising in pregnancy, postpartum, and baby nutrition to support families as a whole, from bump to baby.

Now, I get to help parents navigate one of the wildest, most rewarding journeys there is - nourishing their family (and the future generations!)

From helping mums fuel their changing bodies to guiding parents through allergens, first bites, and beyond, I’m here to make it all feel a little less scary (and a lot more fun).
